EXLUSIVE CIRCLE will host an exclusive, invitation-only event at one of Munich’s most chic hotels, such as the Bayerischer Hof or Mandarin Oriental. The event will offer fine drinks and gourmet food, alongside a live musical performance to create a sophisticated and engaging atmosphere. The aim is to introduce Munich’s elite to the luxurious real estate opportunities available in Dubai, emphasizing the benefits of investing in this booming market.
Date and Time: A Saturday evening, from 7 PM to 10 PM

Venue: For example Mandarin Oriental Hotel- a luxurious setting that complements the high-end nature of the properties being presented.
Invitations: Exclusive Network Invites: personalized invitations to 40 high-net-worth individuals and key influencers in Munich. This can be done through direct mail and personal phone calls.
Targeted Instagram Advertising: visually stunning Instagram ads targeting affluent Munich residents aged 30-60 with interests in luxury travel, real estate investment, and high-end living.
